Athens, April 13th, 2022 - Uni Systems and Team Candi, member companies of Quest Group, undertook a significant digital transformation project for Lamda Development regarding the upgrade of its intranet for it to be able to holistically facilitate its needs.
The development of the new intranet was awarded to both companies following an open tender procedure. This implementation is critical for the organization as it is expected to provide upgraded communication services, collaboration and consistent information.
Through the development of a contemporary and digital environment, Lamda Development aims at improving the overall experience of its employees, promoting information, interaction, participation and cultivating a unified corporate culture. In the context of the project, a modern content management and collaboration system based on Cloud is being implemented (CCMS), which will cover the needs of the organization’s employees in the Shopping Malls, the Ellinikon Project and its headquarters. It includes the development of numerous Business Process Automation processes that are designed to simplify, speed up the procedures and improve effectiveness as well as the employees' daily lives.
The Intranet’s infrastructure will be hosted on Microsoft SharePoint Online with full integration of other Office 365 applications (Teams, Planner, Exchange, etc.) as well as the PowerPlatform automation applications, thus enabling users to take advantage of the system through Office & Microsoft Teams’ familiar environment, wherever they might be, with complete safety and ease.
