Sustainable development and the continuous pursuit of "responsible entrepreneurship" are a strategic orientation and commitment of the Quest Group and its subsidiaries, who aim in value creation for all our stakeholders, our market, our country.

Provided our leading position in the Greek ICT industry, for more than 40 years we are playing a critical role in the dissemination of new digital technologies by everyone, without exceptions, actively contributing at the prosperity of our society and the improvement of the standard of living.

We are seeking continuously to improve our Corporate Governance model, improve our working environment and support our employees’ development. We have set as priority the reduction of our environmental footprint, supporting the community’s efforts to cope with the climate crisis.

Our ESG Strategy 2022 - 2025+

Info Quest Technologies as an important subsidiary of Quest Holdings, participated in the formation of the new Sustainable Development Strategy of Quest Group and committed itself to goals concerning the Environment, Society, Corporate Governance and Sustainable Products that are related to its activity, contributing to the achievement of the Group’s goals. The long-term ESG goals have as implementation horizon the year 2025+ (2030/2050 for the environmental goals). The goals have been allocated per year, so that there are systematic monitoring and improvement actions, where required.

Sustainability Report

With the aim of continuous improvement, accountability and with responsibility towards our stakeholders and society, since 2014 we are issuing a Sustainability Report and publishing our progress in Sustainable Development issues, by setting goals, establishing performance indicators and implementing actions.

Our Sustainability Report is prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards (GRI Standards 2021 (“with reference to”), the AA1000AP (2018) Standard and is based on the 17 UN Global Sustainable Development Goals and the 10 UN Global Compact Principles for the Human Rights . External Assurance of selective indicators is carried out by an independent external body [TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD)].

Ecovadis Gold Certification in 2023

In 2023, our company received the particularly high distinction Gold Award from EcoVadis, during its second evaluation, presenting significant progress compared to last year's Silver distinction and significantly improved performance in all thematic areas. EcoVadis rates more than 100.000 companies, in 175+ countries, in 200+ industries, by assessing companies' policies and actions as well as their published reporting related to the environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.

With our performance, we are in the TOP 2% of companies rated by EcoVadis in the Wholesale of computers, computer peripheral equipment and software industry and in the TOP 3% of all rated Companies.

Diamond category in the Forbes "ESG Transparency Index" list.

In May 2023, our company was included in the "ESG Transparency Index" list in the Diamond category (2nd level), published in Forbes Magazine.

The list highlights among the largest 100 companies in Greece (by 2021 revenue as reported by ICAP Crif) the pioneers of Greek business in terms of the level of transparency in Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) issues. It was published in Forbes magazine (May 2023) while the methodology and evaluation was carried out by EY and Net Analytics.

Of the 100 companies, 18 were rated Platinum, 24 Diamond, 10 Gold, 3 Silver, 4 Bronze, while 34 companies were in the last tier, Commencing the ESG journey.

During 2022 our Company received the Silver Medal form EcoVadis, the world’s largest and most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings. EcoVadis rates more than 100.000 companies, in 175+ countries, in 200+ industries. The EcoVadis methodology framework assesses companies' policies and actions as well as their published reporting related to the environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.

With our performance, we are in the top 5% of companies rated by EcoVadis in the Wholesale of computers, computer peripheral equipment and software industry.

Supporting the Environment

Environmental protection and the reduction of our environmental footprint are a compass for our operation and we are certified in accordance with ISO 14001:2015. In addition, we have undertaken specific commitments in order to respond to the new challenges, the new regulatory requirements, such as those of the New National Climate Law, to set a good example for the companies in the sector, to respond to the demands of our stakeholders for greener operation, but above all to contribute to the achievement of the national goals.

After a study regarding the impacts of our activity was carried out, specific fields were highlighted, on which we focus, proceeding to take actions, following the direction of Measurement - Targeting - Reduction.

Greenhouse gas emissions

At Info Quest Technologies, monitoring, recording and reducing greenhouse gas emissions is a systematic process. We have assigned a specialized in the environment external partner to measure direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1 & 2 & 3), according to the requirements of the GHG Protocol standard. Furthermore, we have assigned another external partner, certified by the Ministry of the Environment, to verify the data, in accordance with the requirements of the Νational Climate Law. The verification was contacted in accordance for 2023 in accordance with the ISO 14064-3:2019 protocol for Scope1 & 2, meeting the requirements of ISO 14064- 1:2018.
