Developing our People
Attracting and maintaining high-quality, talented and competent employees, the elimination of any risk that may be associated with human rights at work, as well as advancing their education and development, is our priority.
We’re systematically developing training programs and we’re always encouraging our employees to participate. Training includes:
- Developing management and leadership skills by using methods and programs such as Development Centers and the Quest Mini MBA, which has been designed in collaboration with a respectable educational establishment for the needs of our organization.
- Experience-based programs for understanding our common values and principles
- Technical training in products and solutions that we either develop, supply and/or support
- Specialized training and certification programs according to individual needs and using modern e-learning tools
- Specialized program for High Potential employees of our company / Group. The program is a synthesis of actions aimed at developing and / or further enhancing leadership, strategic thinking and organizational sensitivity.

Health, Safety and Wellness
We pay special attention to the health, safety and well-being of our employees, as well as to the creation of a pleasant and creative work environment that promotes teamwork, development and excellence and makes employees happier and more creative. The Staff Healthy and Safety Policy is followed, as well as Group's Physical Safety Policy, as well as the exact instructions of the Safety Technician and the occupational physician, while we take all the indicated precautionary measures.
Wellness Days
During the year, many different activities take place, such as special topics workshops, wellness days, Pilates & Stretching classes, volunteering activities, Charity Bazaars, blood donation days, and there is a psychological support program available to employees and their families. There is also a gym in our company building.
Special Days
Some days are special! Within the framework of the action "special days" every year various initiatives are carried out such as:
- Symbolic gifts to everyone
- Symbolic gift to the children of employees who start in the first grade at the beginning of the school year
- Gifts on special occasions, for working moments, such as weddings, child entrance at the University, etc
- "Early Friday" - Early departure from the office on birthdays and Fridays during the summer months
Employee's communication with Management team is direct and continuous and every two years an employee satisfaction survey is carried out.
